The HR Academy is for those who are ready to lead.

Business Report's HR Academy brings together a cross-section of industry professionals who are eager to develop their leadership styles, leverage their strengths, and build their teams while establishing a solid peer network of like-minded professionals.

Past participants' titles included Business Owners, Managers, Senior Managers, Senior Associates, Division Vice Presidents, Directors, Supervisors, Principal Senior Client Advisors, Presidents, and other senior-level candidates who oversee one or more employees.

Business Report's HR Academy is an experiential program that brings the best of personal development, professional growth, leadership exposure, and guest CEO speakers. This is an intensive and intimate six-session program with purposely limited capacity. Through our time together, you will have access to key leaders and cross-sector perspectives and gain a new peer network to tap into throughout your career.

Past participants have been leaders across a wide range of organizations and industries, including professional services, banking, retail, communications, real estate, digital media, economic development, government, and academia. Titles included Manager, Senior Manager, Senior Associate, Division Vice President, Director, Supervisor, Principal Senior Client Advisor, or other mid-level titles in small to enterprise companies.

To be considered for the HR Academy, you can apply or be nominated by your organization's CEO or senior executive. You can complete an application if you are a business owner or entrepreneur. The application form can be found here.

$1,650 covers all assessments, supplies, and coaching over the course of six sessions.

All cancellations must be received in writing. Because class participation is limited and reserved, tuition is nonrefundable but may be applied to a future HR Academy session. Tuition payment acknowledges that the registrant has read and accepted all terms and conditions.

No. Each session will end before lunch.

You will receive a binder and handouts. You are welcome to bring a laptop or tablet.

You should dress in business casual and comfortable attire for the entire program.

We recommend committing fully to all sessions to optimize the experience, build your network, and realize the total value of Business Report's HR Academy. If a conflict arises and you miss a session, we will happily get you up to speed at a mutually agreed-upon date/time before the next session.

The next Business Report HR Academy will kick off on February 25, 2026. Space is limited, and your application form, followed by a biographical form and payment, must be completed before the start of the program.
